Scabera

Enterprise AI platform in pilot · Part-time CMO

Positioning enterprise AI around access, trust and control.

Scabera is developing an enterprise AI platform for private access to internal knowledge and citation-backed outputs. The platform is in pilot phase.

As part-time CMO, I manage positioning and go-to-market priorities for the platform. I also manage practical AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows during the pilot and shape the commercial positioning around enterprise knowledge access, data sovereignty and business applications across departments.

Private access is part of the proposition. Citation-backed outputs matter because people need to examine where an answer comes from. Data sovereignty changes the way an enterprise conversation is held.

The work is about making the product specific enough to discuss before a mature launch story exists: which conversations deserve attention, what needs to be clear, and how the proposition connects to the way different departments work.

What I owned

  1. Knowledge accessCan teams find what they need?
  2. Trust in answersCan they check where an answer came from?
  3. Control of dataWhere does company knowledge stay?
